Plans and upgrades

Your fate plan controls allowances and features. You pay separately for ChatGPT or Claude memberships, or model API usage.

1. Choose features

Free: 1 new reading each day, 1 profile, all five methods, /auto and official skills.

Plus: unlimited new readings, 3 profiles, and installation of community and custom skills.

Pro: everything in Plus, unlimited profiles, /pk and /arena. Synastry is still coming soon.

Ordinary historical follow-ups do not use a new-reading allowance. Downgrading keeps local history, profiles and installed skills; new profiles, installation, updates and new Pro actions check your current access.

2. Pay from the displayed quote

  1. Open the website account page and sign in to the fate account you intend to use. Choose upgrade or renewal, or open the website from the desktop account menu.
  2. Choose Plus/Pro, monthly/yearly and an available payment method. Chinese pages offer one-time Alipay or recurring card payments; other languages offer cards. Unavailable methods are labeled.
  3. Check credit, amount due today, validity or first charge date, and the agreement before continuing. No payment due can offer Switch now. Existing card subscriptions use Manage subscription to open the portal.

3. Upgrades, downgrades and renewal

An upgrade from a one-time plan takes effect immediately. Remaining purchased value is credited proportionally against the new plan. Enough credit avoids payment and excess becomes days; card billing can start later.

Downgrades, same-plan renewals, and interval or payment-method changes follow the current paid term without refunds or extra adjustments. Card subscription changes use the portal; cancel recurring renewal before buying one-time periods.

Quotes come from the server; use the dates and amounts shown at confirmation. An expired quote refreshes with a notice. Do not calculate your own balance or end date from the list price.

4. After payment or if something fails

Return to the account page to check the plan and dates, then view desktop access. Switching accounts does not transfer a purchase; use the same fate account on the website and desktop.

Alipay does not renew automatically; another same-plan purchase extends it. Canceling cards in the portal normally keeps the paid term. Restricted combinations explain why; avoid duplicate subscriptions.

If payment fails, check account status before retrying. For billing or refund help, use the website support contact with necessary order details. Refunds follow the agreement and support review; there is no guaranteed self-service refund.
