FAQ
01Can I get a reading on the website?
No. Use the desktop app. The website is for the product overview, browsing skills and signing in.
02How is “1 per day” counted?
Each new reading counts once, including one where /auto picks the method; follow-up questions inside that reading are free. The count resets at midnight in your time zone. Plus and Pro have no daily limit.
03Why do I still need my own AI subscription or API key?
fate draws the chart on your device and sends the reading to your own ChatGPT or Claude subscription or API key, billed under that provider’s terms. Your fate plan only sets your readings, profiles, Skills and the comparison features.
04What’s the difference between /pk and /arena?
/pk answers one question with several methods and compares them; /arena has several models read the same method and compares them. Both are Pro features.
05Can family profiles see each other?
No. Each profile stores its own birth data, history and charts, and a reading only reads the active profile.
06Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid features stay on until the end of the current billing period, then you move to Free.
07Which payment methods do you accept?
Chinese-language pages are priced in CNY: pay once with Alipay for a month or a year (no auto-renewal), or subscribe by card (auto-renewing). Other languages are priced in USD and subscribe with major credit and debit cards.
08Are readings accurate?
